Mortgage Portal up for grabs...

Hi All,

My deepest apologies for being a 1 post wonder. Please read below for one moment and you'll understand why.

I am not trying to sell you guys products or services in the traditional sense. I am selling my mortgage site and the
obvious place to start first is mortgage forums. Again, my apologies.

I have been producing mortgage leads for a couple of years now. Over the last year, I have redesigned my site to be more of a mortgage portal (98% complete).

Features?
Lead generation (real-time & aged), online mortgage apps, sales (shopping cart), distribution and team management (live leads demo),
Google AdSense revenue, RSS news feeds, newsletters, community calendars, blogging, forums, virus alerts, polls, private messaging...etc.

Long story short, I am selling this site completely turn-key. I have taken on another project (different industry) and am getting out of the mortgage biz.

This site is a perfect opportunity for someone looking to create an all-inclusive mortgage community and leads revenue stream.

As part of the sale, I'll be providing all source code (over 1 million lines), MSSQL database, setup, training and ongoing support.

If anyone is interested, please take a look at *********

For further details, please email me at ***********

If it is not making enough money for you to keep it then why would someone else want it? Explain..

Sorry I have little sympathy for 1 post wonders spamming our forum with links to help them sell their services. It is strictly a benefit for you and not the forum and I question the site has value for our members.

Link removed.
