Mortgage Lead Company seeks partnership with Mortgage Company.

What we have to offer.

10 to 20 internet leads from our website daily + average of 6 to 10 incoming calls from our 1800 number a day.

These leads will be exclusive, and the mortgage company will be given access to the website email server and the 1-800 number will be forwarded to your phone system.

To be able to reap the full benefits from this partnership the mortgage company would have to meet the following criteria.

Multiple state licensing, large network of lenders and investors, loan officers and processors that are proficient in closing fha/du files, jumbo and super jumbo loans.

I know you are thinking why would we just not close the leads ourselves. We are a small company, and do not have the manpower or the expertise to capitalize on what we have created. I feel that the right company could easily earn 50K+ or more a month with the right infrastructure in place. My investor is impatient and wants to see a return on his investment.

We will entertain cash based offers for monthly service. We are absolutely not interested in setting up a split.
