I think it is great that forums like mortgagebrokerland exists. Communication is certainly the key to success in this this industry. I have started a SECURED forum for mortgage broker owners.
Why, not allow it to be open. Simple because there are unique problems that the owners of mortgage broker shop deals with that, no one else does in the industry. From employee issues, state audits, ysp paybacks ETC. Principles need a place to discuss these issues in private. I think for general discussion and product talk, mortgagebrokerland.com is ideal. But for more sensitive issue I created brokersupportforum.com.
