Midnight Madness!! - Idea for Hawaii

Alrigth everyone, we have been playing with the idea of working our TM's till late a couple of days a week working Hawaii. We have never worked that state before and was wondering if anyone even does loans in Hawaii or is even interested. We think we can generate 5-10 leads a day.

What do you think?

They got some huge houses on the main islands......a shack goes for 200K+. Probably some nice loan sizes.

Yeah we figured the house's went for quite a bit but didnt know if there was even enough people out there who own their own homes. Any other thoughts?

Lending restrictions are tough. Outside the state lending companies are restricted in some areas.

We are a outsourcing tm company for mortgage companies and have just recently signed up a client in HI. Uncertain of how well it will run from the tm side of things (6hr time difference) since it is our first client in HI. His program will begin on the 12th and I will let you know how it works out as far as SPH, MTG Bal, and over all receptiveness of homeowners...

Greg is correct as they do have some lending restrictions, however this client is also based of HI

been telemarketing for a guy in HI now for about 2 weeks. Overall, homeowners are very receptive and he is very pleased with quality and delivery. The time difference hasn't be to much of an issue yet, we are running at over a 1.7 sph.

Funny you say that because we actually picked up an account in Hawaii as well. We have been getting the same results you stated. Looks to be a good state, wish there was more data there though.
