Making Purchases Happen.

Has it ever happened to you, you qualify your borrower, they are in love with a property, an then you find out the seller has only been on Title 4 months, so the lender kills your loan..?

If this has happened to you before, I would like to make you aware that MLSG's Fast Forward program was designed to make purchases happen, we don't care about seller seasoning, VOR, VOM, 12 mos same line of work or S/E is OK, 55% DTI OK (even I.O.). The best part is rates, guaranteed to smash our competition or you get <.50> free YSP.

Please, next time you come across an 80/20 purchase SISA or Full, take the time to give me a call or shoot me an email, 3 minutes can make you $1000's more than my competitors, I invite you to see the difference of working with MLSG and myself..

on the contrary. I just wanna get the same deal that you get. I wanna just start up an id and immediately advertise for free to people i am targeting -homeowners. Do you have some kind of problem with that ?

Or are you the only one allowed to do this?

No Im not the only one allowed to do this, however why do you seem to have a problem with it I thought this website was designed for LO's and brokers to post scenarios and questions for AE's to answer. And Ae's post any new programs or announcements. However I seem to have run into the blog police..sorry

i am NOT the blog police. Lol. I spent a lot of time myself on broker outpost and this place RULES in comparison. I used to be the unoffical police for broker outpost, to the point where i told the owner himself what i thought of a certain appraiser knocking brokers down all the time. Well,,,,,, he sided with the non stop whining appraiser. I told the owner if thats the way he felt -then he could delete my id. After everything we had been thru thats EXACTLY WHAT HE DID.

Now this is his right. I was surprised and very disapointed but grew as a person. So believe me, im NOT trying to give you grief or tell you what to do. Im just a dude who sometimes doenst come across properly .

So I AM THE ONE who apologizes here. I overestimate things sometimes and wasnt trying to offend you . Perhaps i am jealous. If you know anywhere that i can go to try to get mortgages on a blog, i would love it. But my comment was REALLY directed at the powers that be on this site to help me. It wasnt to single you out.

Cheers

There might be a forum or two out there for mortgage consumers, but I don't think they get much traffic. LoanInfoHome.com gets borrowers posting every once in a while, but it's not a regular thing.
