Licensing and Predatory Lending Laws Per State

I noticed a lack of easy to access simple info regarding loan officer and broker licensing, as well as what is and is not legal in each state. I have a consumer focused mortgage site and put together licensing and lending laws per state recently.

In any case, I understand this post is relatively self serving, but figured it would be of benefit to the community. We spent a while putting together the info- it was not cut and paste from other sites:
