Leads! Leads! Leads!

I want to let you all in on something I like to call "PAY-AS-YOU-GO-LEADS!"

This is how it works:
1. You give me the criteria for the leads you want to receive and how many you can receive per day.

2. I send you the invoice/contract with return policy in writing and you sign and fax it back to me along with billing information.

3. You will receive leads per day in excel format, you get 24 hours to call through them and find out which ones might be invalid.

4. Submit whatever leads were invalid for returns and only pay for the good leads.

It's working great for everybody that's on! We also have trigger lead transfers on our "Guaranteed Credit Program" These are exclusive leads. They are also expensive. $75-$100 per lead and a minimum prepaid order of 100 leads.

Let me know how I can help you out with your marketing needs. Thanks!

I also wanted to add that we have some of the best Live Transfers in the industry and give you all my contact info. Thanks!

Dave,

Are your Live Transfers inbound or outbounds?

Thanks,
Carlo

I'm not too sure if I understand what you're asking. But I'll do my best to explain. Our staff calls people that have expressed an interest in doing something with their home financing. We then pre-qualify them and verify their information through a series of questions. Once said borrower is pre-qualified then we put them on hold get the loan officer that fits that borrowers criteria on the other line and transfer the borrower on the phone at that very point in time. Simultaneously the hard copy of the lead is emailed to the client.

Sorry for not structuring my paragraphs correctly, I'm very tired from packing up the house. I hope that answers your questions. Thanks!

Inbounds are Live Transfers that calls-in from an advertising campaign.

Outbounds are Live Transfers are generated from a data and called by the telemarketer then transferred to a LO.

Your Live Transfers are outbound generated leads.

That's true there aren't numbers to call from our advertisements most of the time. Have a good night! I'm going home to pack some more and then hopefully have time to sleep.

You sure Carlo? They inquire first then get called by the lead company whoms transfers.

I know you are probably right but the initial inquiry is inbound via internet it appears.

Just making sure. Thanks man!

Erik has a spectacular aura about
Sounds like semantics to me. From a telemarketing perspective they probably qualify as outbound, just because the first call is outbound. But really, they are call backs, right? In other words not cold calls.

Greg - From the way it sounds... Lenderscout generates the leads through the internet then a telemarketer calls outbound to pre-screen their request of info. Our live transfers are totally different.. we assign a toll-free number to every client then in-turn we drive traffic to the toll-free, our telemarketer pre-screens the call and then the call is transferred.

Lenderscout - Either way, I'm sure both marketing ways can do the job.

Here's how our Live Transfers are generated.

Borrower takes the time to express interest in doing something with their home financing, mainly on the internet, through our own sources. Our quality assurance staff then follows up with the borrower and verifies the information, makes sure they're currently not working with another Loan Officer, makes sure they are looking to do something with their home financing, and on all verification of information according to set criteria by the client we then transfer the borrower to a loan officer on the other line and the mini 1003 or 1103 as we like to call it is sent simultaneously to a specified email.

There is 100% contact rate guaranteed on this program and is one of the best I have ever seen.

The reason this is one of the most effective methods of marketing is simply because we have sparked enough interest with the already interested borrower for the loan officer to be able to take a full application at that very moment in time.

A toll free number will produce the same number of results and the same effectiveness as a direct mailer, your return is typically an average of only 3%-7%. More than likely these people are shoppers and are not guaranteed to not be working with another loan officer at this current point in time.

All different types of marketing have the potential to be extremely effective if they're used in the right way with the right people. Our target is a $300-$600 cost per funding and in high demand areas a $700-$1100 CPF.

Sorry for the long post, I had a lot of things to address and for some reason I wasn't receiving the email responses... Thanks!

Hey LenderScout. So does your company purchase online leads from other companies and then calls them to do your live-transfer? Or, do you gather your own online/mail leads and then call?
