Criteria for lead qualification, given below are the minimum criteria a lead should have to qualify for tier one leads ($50.00)
1) Mortgage balance should be more than 80,000
2) Last refinance should be more than 6 Months.
3) LTV should be less than 87%
4) No Mobile or Manufactured homes.
5) Bankruptcy should be discharged at least one year ago.
6) Annual income should be more than $15000
7) Minimum interest rate 5.75% A or 6.75% F otherwise cashout or debts for $20,000
8) No Credit rating criteria

2) Last refinance should be more than 6 Months.
3) LTV should not be less than 80%
4) No Mobile or Manufactured homes.
5) Bankruptcy should be discharged at least one year ago.
6) Annual income should be more than $30000
7) Minimum interest rate 6% A or 7% F otherwise cashout or debts for $30,000
8) Credit rating should be more than 560.

General Terms and Conditions:
1) We do not guarantee if the customer will refinance with you or not, the only guarantee we give you is the customer should have a genuine intent to talk to a loan officer and if they offer something better, customer should go for refinancing.
2) Mode of payment is by credit card or paypal.com for smaller amounts less than $500 and for amount more than $500 wire transfer should be done. (Though the transfer fee ($40) will be paid by our company)
3) Payment is supposed to be made at the time of ordering leads, for the first two orders and later the payments can be made 75% upfront and rest of the amount after getting all the leads.
4) The leads we provide you are 100% exclusive, which means they are not sold to any other Mortgage broker/company other than yours.
Refunds and Replacement policy-
1) A refund of the payment will be given if most of the information given us came out to be wrong, although no one can get you exact figures.
2) No refund will be given in case you can not get a customer at the number on the given call back time.
3) Complete refund will be given in case the customer is not interested in talking to a loan officer at all.
4) A disputed lead, where a company wants a refund, should be informed to us within 48 hours after the delivery of lead. No refund can be given if disputes come to us after the mentioned time.
Given Below is a telemarketing Script we use for calling-
Hello, this is ........... (Executive's name) calling you with ..........(Name of the company) Can i speak with Mr......... (Customers' Name)
Hello Mr...... How are you doing today?
We are calling you to lower down, your monthly payments and Interest rate on your Mortgage. So you have a mortgage at......... (Confirm Address)
If yes proceed, If no get New address
So how much is the interest rate you are paying on your mortgage?
Is that fixed or Adjustable?
For how many years?
Do you live in a single family home, townhouse or a Condominium?
So what is the current value of your house?
How is the balance you owe on your Mortgage?
When did you refinance last time?
Do you have a second mortgage or HELOC?
(If yes, take whole information for the same)
How would you rate your credit rating as if now? Excellent, good, fair or bad?
Did you ever filed for bankruptcy? (if yes, when did you get discharged?)
So are you looking for some debts to consolidate in order to lower down your expenses? (if yes, what sort of debts these are?)
Do you want some extra cashout? (If yes, I am sure in case you take this money, you will start using it in coming two months, right?)
So these are all the details we were looking for, now what the best we can do is we will have our certified loan officer calling you back on Monday (The next day) so can you suggest me what time is a good time to call you back tomorrow. Alright, So he will call you back and give you quotation on your mortgage balance of....(amount)debts and cashout (if any). After talking you him, if you think we are saving some money for you, you can have business with us otherwise there is no obligation.

Also, i would like to know are you working right now or do you have business? And how much you make Annually?
(here after we see the, how comfortable the customer is, then proceed further, if the customer if cool enough we continue taking as much as information we can, otherwise we finish the call saying So, please do accept a call back from .........( name of the company) and my loan officer will help you refinancing?

-Follow up the leads, Next day you have to call back the customer we send you and take other required information and start an application for the customers.
You can call the customer say, Hello this is .........(Name) I am the loan officer with .........(company’s' name). You spoke with one of our executives yesterday and told him you are paying % (interest rate) on your mortgage.......
And you can continue as per your companies guidelines
