I actually was in constant communication for 2 months. I sent the last email and had no response. They said they were re-structuring my campaign. I was getting antzy so I requested some sort of invoice to prove that what they were saying was actually happening but they never resonded after that last email.

Mike, go talk to someone. Stop acting like you are powerless. You certaintly can complain because this affects you too because you want people to keep paying every month right? If they start coming and they never stop I will of course keep using the service. Again I have constantly communicated with support.
Aside from receiving no leads in 3 months I have been happy with how everyone talks. I am glad, at this point, I paid to make some friends..??
But, seriously mike I moderate this forum and I paid for your services and have nothing in return. How can I just sit back and let you sell the members of this forum with that kind of result? More importantly how can you feel comfortable doing it?
