No Greg I wont be a one post wonder I want to be part of the group. I think this website is awsome. I've been getting on it and reading on it quite a bit over the past few weeks and I've walked away with good information almost everytime. My website is still in the production phases I don't just want to throw something up on the internet so I can say "Hey! I have a website" For now the best source of information on this opportunity would be me and I would be happy to spend time answering any quetions anyone may have.

My primary focus is finding self sufficent loan officers who can generate their own leads. Self motivation would be key because I dont plan on being all over my people.

Hello Andres, as I indicated on another discussion board to you earlier, and also in the private e-mail you sent me an hour ago, what you're proposing is a SCREAMING WANTON FLAGRANT OUTRAGEOUS SLAM-DUNK CLEAR-CUT Section 8 RESPA Violation.

What you're doing with these posts is called: "soliciting to conspire with others to commit a FELONY" -- hire yourself a good RESPA/HUD lawyer and ask him, tell him I said so, he can call me if he wants be to read the statute to him: 900/336-3000!

Yes secret I'm aware. I posted both of these at the same time. I've gotten a few phone calls and I make sure to let people know that its been brought to my attention that I may be in violation of RESPA if I move forward with that payplan as stated and that it is currently under review. I DO NOT want to do anything illegal or unethical. As a matter of fact the unfortunate amount of unethical and what i consider to be immoral behavior in our industry is one of the primary factors in my decision to start off on my own. The reason I have even added that in to the payplan is as a way to motivate my guys into reffering other qualified individuals to take advantage of the same opportunity while at the same time lining their pockets with a bit of additional income which would be consitent since I am not paying a salary. Which could mean if someone wants to take a vacation they still have a bit of $$$ coming in and can relax a bit more. If I am in violation I WANT to know. Please accept my gratitude for bringing this to my attention... twice. You might of saved me a huge headache several very large fines along with a heck of a lot of serious legal trouble.

As far as the offer above. I am doing research and if necessary will revise the payplan and compensate loan officers for reffering other loan officers in a way that will not put myself or my potential employee at risk
