Hard Money in NC, SC, TN, GA, and AL
Hello All,

My name is Daric, and I am a rep for SDI Funding. I want to share our loan guidelines...

Right now, we lend in NC, SC, GA, TN, and AL...

We can fund up to 75% (of the appraised value) on a purchase/rehab and up to 80% (of the appraised value) on a purchase.

Our credit scores floor is 640...Can go as low as 620 (case-by-case).
