Eric don't get what is working for me it is inexpensive and gets me a ton of loans easily and inexpensively without leaving my computer, It is up to you if you want it or not, It doesn't matter to me, I get all the loans I want I was sharing it with you, I'm not a salesman, I'm a mortgage Broker I've never missed 6 figures in 7 straight years! I'm 29, My wife hasn't either I do things the right way, I was sharing something with the forum that works for me! Are you selling mortgage loans or gold calling? Kelly Girard educated us about Gold Calling already and I know that you can resell Gold Calling and profit $1,000 for every sold system. Is this what you were pitching in the other thread? We know about this already.

You can sell it for profit. Everyone keeps saying the same thing that they have all these loans. Show us the huds last month and a half. You show i'll buy!!I make a 6 figure also but so what!! still live pay check to pay check. just better quality of things. Wow!!!!!

That's pretty exciting that you individually and persoanlly closed/funded almost 70 loans in one calendar monmth Andrew! How many helpers id you have to use to accomplish that, ya know processors, clerks, utility assistants etc. 'cause that's a lot of follow-up and papereork to shuffle all at once!

Here is the scoop, This software actually automates everything for me, However closing the loans, processors, secretaries, pre close audit, post closing, etc. I used two processors, and a lot of loans I referred out and took a 30% cut for doing nothing,NOTHING!!!! That is the key have the time and take a smaller cut, That is my story and I'm sticking to it! Andy

Yep, gold Calling thread already posted aransner...understand from Tim Hill, a LO, in Portland, Ore that you are connected with Mark Moore....seems Tim has called me a couple times for assistance, even thought he bought the software from you, bought could really reach you for help after he bought it from you. I have his number if anyone wants to speak with directly.

At least that's what he told me personally, and he's one of your industry peers. hmmmm.....busy writing loans, or busy processing GC conttracts? Which is it?

BTW, if anyone needs a private Webex demo for your office regarding the functionalites of this software in relationship to creating loans and purely managing your business much more effectively. Look me up.
