I checked out that Activerain site and was plesantly suprise. A lot of the other forums I usually visit do not seam to have a lot of visitor and have been around for years but this site was different. Its only been around for 3 months but it is quickly picking up speed. It a great way for you to gain new customers also. God knows being new to the business I have to find free inventive ways of getting myself out there and this does just that.

This activerain is getting bigger and bigger everyday. It a good place for realtors and loan officer to connect and refer leads there is also ton of other benefit check it out at Activerain

I'm not worried about it, Secret - but thanks for watching my back. There are people that talk about MBL on other message boards, and post links to interesting threads, etc, so we get traffic/members from those sites as well.

Theses boards can be tricky Erik, frequently they look like confrontational teenager attitudes having a pissing contect with one another. An actual discussion, a little back and forth, I think is healthy, but RUDE often is the order of the day - I guess it's tough to understand the other guy when all you see is typing.

As one that is often misunderstood, I speak from experience in this matter. I find my main goal of these boards (to understand the thinking patterns of members) - runs in a circle somedays. The confusion comes when you get many BIG Ego's together, and folks that frequently don't know what it is they don't know yet!

Internet message boards are certainly an interesting social environment - regardless of topic.
