Gold Calling to be or not to be, that is the question

I am not sure if anyone has been following any of the posts or news online, MBL, or any other forum ,portal or blog.

I see that Gold calling is a heated topic for many. Some people don't like it because they couldn't get it up and running. Some people got it up and running and had a bad script. Some people got it up and running and they had bad data.

I know some service providers who hate it because some of them use the same tactics to get their live transfers that they sell. Now with more and more people using gold calling everyone is now trying to find other ways to get business and leads. I still have to say that Gold calling is it.

Let me explain something up front.

Gold calling was a pain in the butt to install and get it running the way I wanted it to. It took me a while to figure it out . I have had Gold Calling for a few months and I have to say..... it is now paying off.

I think that the people who are selling Gold calling have been very good sales people...... but come on, if anyone is going to use info usa as the lead source and expect results you need to try knocking on doors in Detroit at midnight. ya follow me?

I use to offer my lists from my list broker and I no longer do that. People would ask me if I was making a copy or if I was taxing it.... That bothered me because , I want a good reputation.

I do have some great scripts and I don't mind helping.

The problem that I have seen time and time again is....... there are too many people who have purchased gold calling and shouldn't have.

Let me repeat that!

There are too many people who have purchased gold calling that shouldn't have.

Why? because they think that is going to fix their non production, they have no sales ability in the 1st place.

Get this.... A guy called me the other day. Well I am not going to say his name, but..... he has a high pitched voice. He sounded like a woman and he had a man's name it was weird. He asked me what he should do , I was bitterly honest.

I said " Hire a voice talent or say your name is Cindy" It hurt his feelings a bit but, Guess what he did? NO he didn't call himself Cindy!

LOL. Anyway,.... he was now getting call backs.... The problem is.... he still has to call them back and the voice talent is not going to do that for you.


SO the person who sold him the Gold Calling software was out of their mind to think this was going to work . Maybe if you could get a targeted marketing list of homeowners who are men who sound like woman.... that may be a good nitch for this individual..... but I doubt that list is even available.lol

What I am getting at is , Make sure the person out there is going to help you, not just blow smoke.

Anyways.... If anyone would like to know more about Gold calling..... I am available.

This week I have had over 30 calls from people who wanted to hear my scripts, where to get lists and how to set up their system. I even had one person ask me if I would give them a refund and I didn't even sell to them. r u fn kidding me?

Part of the problem....Mark...is that too many people have marketed this amazing software as an autodialer....which it is not.

It is however, the most incredible contact management/data management tool on the planet....I know and guarantee that I can show someone not only how to better manage their prospecting efforts, but more importantly, how to get at least 1/8th of your productive day back.

Regarding user issues: if one would go to www.goldcalling.com there is a call schedule with live interactive trainings on how to use the software for industry specific and industry general to learn how to use the software effectively. Also, on Saturdays is a software, technical specific, training call.

Personally, I do multiple live desktop to desktop demo's on a daily basis by appt. and I assist my clients as much as possible along with our timely and helpful helpdesk.

Since marketing the software, since February 2nd this year, along with some of my other unique technologies, I have had NOT ONE REFUND REQUEST. If you do a google search on Blanca Peak Technologies you can find numerous press releases on what I'm mentioning.

We are a technology company, NOT A MORTGAGE BROKER, and I have learned much from what I find on your forums regarding realestate ( which I do invest in as much as possible), investing, and how to leverage my capital..and I thank you.

Being a technology company however, I do understand how to show someone the benefits of this amazing software and how it will increase your bottom line, if used properly....no matter what direct sales industry you are in. Remember, live demo's daily! Mon-Fri. by appt. only.

Go home kellyg. This is the second time you have done this on the MLB. You should be banned.

BTW, I cant see how anyone would want to take advice from a professional MLM. I dont think you know this industry at all! for you to sell goldcalling to a newbie or a LO that struggles to meet minimum expectaions is plain out stupid. Gold calling is not going to fix their problems, your not going to fix their problems! Like I have said all along, it doesnt work for everyone. Dont pretend that you can fix crappy brokers and be a hero. It doesnt work like that.If anyone ants the real deal on Gold Calling.... let me know.

Don't be soo defensive Mark....I've been around this forum for awhile, and I think I contribute valuable information. As a matter of fact, people have thanked me a time or two..Carlo D. is a lead broker and he sure doesn't run around the playground screaming foul and that someone stole his jumprope....he actually called me the weekend we had a tradeshow in Del Mar, on a Sunday to go check out the software himself...and came back to write a non solicited endorsement of the software.......on a thread I had started back in January....for jimminy cricket Mark?

I do not claim to fix people's problems, I do not claim to be a hero.....I just understand the technology behind the Gold Calling Software, and it's functionalities....and as far as Blanca Peak Technologies, where do you see MLM labled on that?

You'll not see me bashing people, unfortunately even you.....lacks integrety and professionalism all the way to town and back.
