This site has recently helped me secure a few loans. You sign up and pick a few zip codes. Occassionally when there is not a loan officer associated with a zip code and lead becomes available for members to claim. So I grabbed about 5 leads over the last month and they have been decent.

Once again I have to bring this up. You are missing the boat if you are not on this site. I think I am grabbing every unassigned lead! These people contact sellers to buy a house and request mortgage pre-approvals.

Since 10/07 I have 19 leads from this site. People inquiring on FSBO homes wanting financing.
