This is a feature that is now available to all of our mortgage customers that enables you to leverage your exclusive territory by creating small, yet effective, ads for other local professionals like Realtors, Attorneys, Title Agents, CPAs, etc. that will be shown on FSBO listings in your exclusive area. You are the only one who can create these ads, so it can help you land new partners and demand more referrals due to the free advertising you are providing to your partners.
The Partner Ad Network has been very well received thus far. I've done a couple of walk-throughs for customers and their agent friends, and the agents usually have more questions than the loan officer.
