For those of you that are unfamiliar with lenderfolder.com, it is a nationwide lender directory that markets you individually as a representative of your company. You will have the ability to provide personalized documents, such as submission forms, program highlights…to thousands of loan officers without lifting a finger. How can www.lenderfolder.com grow your business??

Thousands of brokers will be able to access your necessary loan documentation by going to lenderfolder.com, and if they are not yet signed up with you as a preferred lender, YOU will be their contact person

Only ONE representative of each company will be allowed to represent each region

Brokers / processors have the ability to go to one central website for their documentation at no cost ----and they will do so, TIME AND TIME AGAIN

I signed up and navigated but found limited content.

This documentation is available on most of the lenders web pages.

I assume that is was created 12/15 and that is why?

I do not think I would use it though myself. I have all the information I need on my pc and folders in my desk.

Thanks for the reply, Greg. Yes it is very new. Hopefully you will begin to see it fill up quickly; some geographical areas are filling up faster than others.

This is a resource that would help those that do not have all docs/submission sheets in an accessible area. Most lenders are beginning to provide these forms on their website, but navigating through the different websites can get tedious...not all are user friendly.

This directory will be much more helpful when ae's begin to put in such things as:
instructions on how to become an approved broker
automated instructions
loan program highlights

Over time I think you will build a nice asset there. I like how you decided to split the area's up within the states. That will keep the local rep in their locality.

A note: Did you consider some are handling several area's and states? Does your software support adding a state and making the data flow down into the cities too?

Thanks, I'm hoping that it will be a great resource for all involved. Yes, I didn't realize how many inside ae's there are! As long as the region does not have one of their reps in the directory, they are more than welcome to multiple regions.

Ok cool that would work. Sometimes people restrict you from posting in multiple regions. Good move to not.

Your system is great specially for some of my clients. I have a bunch of clients that are always looking for sub500 lenders.

Awesome - let them know about the niche program section, hopefully there will be some lenders in there that they are unfamiliar with and that can help them on a deal or two. I run a contract processing company and one of the lo's I work with just called today asking for a sub 500 company. It felt kinda good to refer them to the directory.
