I have just made a break through " niche" marketing in the mortgage industry. Actually I won't play along, I'm gonna tear you apart.

First of all, nice attention to detail. Guaranteed is what you were going for.

Second of all only a retard would sell guaranteed leads. A smart businessman would hire more L.O.s to close those "golden" leads.

Please stop wasting loan officer's time with your dribble. This lead industry is getting out of hand. You are praying on a market that needs real solutions, not pipe-dreams.

Agreed... A little tip for you is to use the spell check so this does not happen to you again.

I mean come on "GARUANTEED"... It does not ever sound out right. I bet it is misspelled for liability. Like an invented Ebonics word that leads people to believe it means guaranteed..

I am sorry that you guys are not taking me seriously. Hopefully, once a serious broker/loan officer actually tries my process at Absolutely no charge they will either vouch for my "niche" or keep it to themselves and make lots of money. I am inviting you to try before you ridicule my message.

As far as why? I will make more in numbers once word of mouth praise my "niche" product for all mortgage professionals. I have a data base with millions of "Unsolicited" sub-prime borowers with "High" interest rates that are due to change. Way, Way too many for me to handle but easier for me to sell my newly discovered "niche" to build a legimate lead empire with more than satified brokers/loan officer being able to buy terrotories in the future. This is not a gimmick!

You need to understand the loan officers are being saturated with these revolutionary leads.
So it to sort out the wannabees from the real deal they look at everything the poster is offering. The first thing that stares blatantly at them is your inability to spell correctly. It's a sign of your attention to detail and your committment to a quality product. If you don't care to make sure your ad is absolutely of the highest quality, what would make a loan officer want to trust you with their money?

Think of this as a lesson learned and get your business flowing and your name will eventually build a reputation. Only the suckers are jumping at the latest and greatest thing, unfortunately you will have people such as myself and Greg to call you to the carpet and warn the rest of the industry when we see less than perfect opportunities.
