FREE Forum Site for Lead Providers

We've seen several forum sites for the mortgage industry on the internet. It's very rare that you see forum sites for lead brokers... well, here's one for us >> http://www.getleads.net/forum. Everyone is welcome and definitely come check it out.

Looks like a good idea for the leads industry. Some sort of a quality association would be a great thing, too - to help raise the overall level of trust because many brokers seem to be turned off to leads after having been burnt by guys like Phil.

Thats a good idea. Maybe MBL or Carlo should add a page to there site that lists the different lead vendors and then brokers can post under each lead provider they have dealt with and let us know how it went (kinda like what you can do with BBB). This would be a good way for brokers to vent over getting burnt through a single source and not through the forums (which can be sometimes hard to find info on a single lead provider).

What do you guys think?

Yeah but for a broker looking for a lead provider, who wants to search through a bunch of forum posts. What if there was one page with all of the lead providers and comments underneath so its a one stop shop. Let me know what you think.

I think I get what you're saying, Zach. There's something like that over at LoanInfoHome.com still, but since we moved the forums here there's not as much activity over there. Perhaps I'll add something here at MBL as well if people are interested in it.
