I get good results from mailers but again I am paying for the list. I dont mind but sometimes it becomes a pain in the ass .

I'm sure you must know that one of the key functionalities to the GC software is to be able to maximize online marketing with your UIN source code for an optin form? GC is coming out with a website template shortly for the Mortgage/Lending markets.
But anyone with an existing site can just replace the optin code with their specific GC code file, and bingo...once someone opts in to your site, the lead shows up on your desktop in your recontact due window within 60 seconds!
I know many GC users that feel that functionality alone is far more valuable than the ability to integrate with a web based voice broadcast service.
And once again, once they optin for more information, not only can you call them right away, but now they are in your data base for permission based marketing over and over, via email, newsletter, or voice messaging.
I've been hiring independant sales contractors over the last 3 weeks, and for example, someone found the ad I have out, opted in and as soon as that popped up on my screen, called him up...His response as he had been forwarded to my company website immediately after opting in.." Now, that's what I call a fast response!" So I was able to share with him that he had just experienced the power of this tool that he would have a chance to market. (Since GC is doing away with the one-up sales model on the 15th.)
At any rate Mark, the solution you are looking for is already on your computer. There is plenty of quidence in the forum on how to integrate a website and lead capture pages for online marketing.
