With recent changes in the industry there has never been more of a need for credit repair.

How is your referral payouts RESPA compliant?

Credit Services Organizations do not fall under RESPA guidelines.

RESPA is not an issue for us, it is an issue for the broker ACCEPTING the $50

If they feel it is an issue or determine it is a violation, we have it so they can trade the inhouse account for repair on friends or family which is not a violation

As a follow-up ...

1. There is no exchange of referrals.
2. It does not increase the cost of settlement services.
3. Credit repair companies are not settlement services.
