You just sent me a PM saying you do between 65 and 90% LTV on Restaurants. Please let us know the requirements for 90% LTV on Restaurants. If you do these I may have 2 for you. Does this include the building only, or does it include the equiptment as well? What are credit and income requirements? Please post here on public thread for all to see. yes we do 90% ltv restraunts if this restraunt profit & lost statements are in order and credit i need more information to have are processor in underwriting
to see what program loan that will best fit your client needs or what your client is trying to do so a assement would have to be done.
