Our program doesn't cost the loan officer anything. We charge the client 25% of what we save them.

It generally takes 5-10 days.

I keep the loan officer up-to-date on the progress currently we do not have a way for loan officers to log into our system.

Sounds very convincing. I generate a lot of subprime leads and most of them need help with their credit. So, the big question is... if I start promoting your program... Why do I get out of this?

you receive 25% of my fee for every debt negotiation case you refer to me and we complete.

sounds good to me. OK, I've been offered by many regarding on compensation when I refer people to this and that... now, how will I be able 2 track the record? I'm a busy man as it is so do you have a system in place for us where we can track all the closed deals?

I hope this is not something where we have to track on our own by following-up with the borrower to make sure they used your service. Tracey, if you have a tracking system where I can see how many deals closed then I will place a banner in my borrowers' landing page.

Neat. Do you have any licensing as a company to do this practice? Other than standard business licenses.

Just curious if you had to get Series 6 and 7 like a financial planner.

We do not need to be licensed to do what we do. We do not give clients advise on their financial situation or sell them any type of securities like a financial planner. You don't need a series 6 or 7 to sell mortgages in NJ you only need one to sell securities or variable insurance products.

We strictly help clients reduce their delinquent debts so that they can become debt free or at least in a better stituation then they were.

Explain how the process works. When we send you a client with say 4 charged off credit cards, a slew of say 20 collections that need paid.

What do you do start to finish?

I assume you contact the creditor and negotiate settlements then what ever you save in payoffs is added together and you charge 25% as a service fee?

I currently have a company but never used them because I am very effective at doing it myself or educating the customer on how to do it.

What are some of the pitfalls of my stradegy other than loss of time?
