Most of our members are AEs and Wholesale Lenders. No worries, patience is the virtue... my concern is to get the AEs in here then will move-in the LO's at the end of the year.

I think there are more LOs signed up today than you realize. They are probably working on their three referrals. I know of at least two that are.
