I’ve come upon an easy way to supplement my income by doing business advances to small business owners. They are simple to process, and the commission is 3 points. There are no state licensing requirements, so you can call every state. It is not regulated, so you can get paid to your Corporation or 1099, whichever you wish. This new investor gives advances to small business owners based on their credit card merchant sales (they take a 4 month average). They advance the merchant the money within 2 weeks, and the merchant pays the money back through their credit card sales. There is no term in which the money is due. You pay as you grow. Also, there is no effective interest rate, there is a negotiated payback amount agreed upon before the closing. The investor uses factoring to determine this. If you are interested, call me.
