Broker Training

Someone once told me “the key to success is to study what everyone else does and then do the opposite.” It took me a real long time to actually understand what he meant by that. He didn’t mean the “opposite” from the successful people; he meant the “opposite” from the masses. I've devoted a lot of time, energy and effort into a mortgage product that is misunderstood by, I would say, 90% of LO's out there. Oh sure, no one will admitt it, but I trained LO's for a few years and always got the same questions which made me realize the understanding level they had with the Pay Option Arm is low. I set out do do something about this lack of understanding and training and I now offer it to LO's that may not get the opportunity to understand the POA without this tool. Is this a plug for a website? Yup, but you now have the opportunity to learn about this on your own. Check out www.realmortgagetraining.com

I like this statement: "If you’re goal is to become hog nasty rich in this business,
then you had better pay attention to that last statement."
