Can you tell me roughly the number of triggers generated every day in clark county NV. I have been thinking of trying triggers but im a little gun shy. How many times are these leads sold? Really? Any help would be great thanks.

The trigger data that you are referring to comes from mortgage databases, which yes all three credit bureau's do sell homeowner's information once an event happens on their credit report and this is what mortgage company's often buy. However we don't, Innovative Marketing Consultants is the only reseller of Experian's Advanced Select Database, which is what we sell. There are 3 other company's that have access to it (Sears, GMAC, Wells Fargo), they all use it for marketing for internal business. IMC is the only 3rd party reseller of the database. Because there are such a small number of company's that access the Advanced Select Ddatabase, Experian supresses the data for a period of 90 days, meaning that if IMC purchases a name then none of the other three company's can buy it for 90 days or vis versa.

Now let me say this, trigger data is never 100% exclusive and unrealistic to think so. Although the triggers that we receive from Experian are exclusive there is no way to ensure that homeowner didn't trigger with the other two credit bureau's and was sold buy them also. This is also why we suggest to let our call center telemarket the triggers first. Each homeowner will be double verified before it is delivered to your either by live transfer or a paper lead. But as far as our marketing programs they are exclusive with Experian and your company.

I tell every company that is wanting triggers this: "If your company has had problems losing business to competition on a regular basis or your loan officers aren't seasoned, triggers is not the answer to your success. You must be very competitive with all programs and you loan officer's must be "drivers" to close trigger deals. If that isn't the case it is OK because there are many other programs that will work for you other than trigger."

I have read so much about triggers and i have been referred to a few companies. What kind of pricing packages do you have? Minimum order? ECT...
