Our niche is triggers and telemarketing triggers for the mortage industry, we pay an independant third party to validate every single lead that comes out of our call center. Because of this, there are a number of leads that don't get to our clients because: homeowner at the time told validator they weren't interested, homeowner hung up/disconnected while call was transfered to third party validator, or simply didn't give validator a good enough reason to send through to client. These leads are basically turndowns internally, keep in mind these homeowner's spent anywhere from 5-7 minutes on the phone with our reps to collect all their personal information but never made out of validation.

I offer all our clients their own turndowns because as we all know homeowner's situations change daily in this business, however there are some that don't want them for some reason. This is where you come into play, I have turndowns in the following states: KY, CT, MA, and RI. Please contact me asap as it is a first come first serve basis.

How do you call this an "Exclusive lead" when we all know that Experian has these leads available only after their credit is pulled. They have their credit pulled, only because a lender pulled it after being contacted from the lead itself so never will this be a truely exclusive lead if you sell alead to a person to contact them after they have already contacted a lender.
PLease explain this to me as Exclusive has been used to loosly in the market and I think it deserves an explanation.

I got an interesting e-mail pitch Thurday, a lead company who sells leads and you only have to pay for them IF they close ... I figure they'll stay in business about a month
