heres some more info

i also have knowledge in acquiring properties using unconventional real estate methods using land trusts, lease options/purchase, wraps, contract for deed, subject to, tenancy in common companies, paper notes, short sales, wholesaling(flipping), retailing, self directed IRA's, etc. basically these are methods that broker's wont teach you - so im definately thinking outside the box.

i have my own personal LLC where i cater to new and seasoned investors buying real estate 'creatively.' ive designed a website ready to generate leads for unqualified buyers whom were rejected by conventional lenders and subprime banks. my LLC plans to buy 5-15 properties per month depending on our team of credit partners and money partners. each property that we acquire, we are able to provide owner financing to our buyers and help them refinance in 3-5 years.

i prefer to work with a broker that understands and implements creative real estate investing.
