By the way leads that sell for 75$ are usually not Internet leads. Normally they are Telemarketed leads or even live transfers.

However seems like as far as internet leads go yours are pretty good
As for the price, 150 leads for 500$????

C'mon if you close ONE deal out of those 150 leads then your cost per deal is 500$. How can you go wrong?

There's no question it's tough starting a new lead company. I'd be interested in discussing what works with you (don't worry not going to steal any secrets ) I've found telemarketed leads are the way to go, although much more expensive to generate therefore higher prices. If you're thinking about getting into that side of things let me know I'd be more than happy to discuss anything from data, to hiring TMs, to dialers, to scripts.

It's taken a lot of trial and error to generate leads.

I ran a net branch for 5 years and did Search Engine Optimization/websites on the side, so finally I just combined the two and created NetSkrill.com allows consumers Refinance, Purchase, or Debt Consolidation Home Loans

Then I bought BUY EXCLUSIVE 24 HOUR PURCHASE MORTGAGE LEADS - NETSKRILL.COM for brokers and Realtors to buy leads off of.

All of my leads are generated through organic search. I target first time home buyers and people looking to get into a home. I don't pay for banner ads, Adsense or anything like that. This keeps my costs to nothing and little overhead, so I don't need to charge $10-$80 a lead.

Organic searches work for me. Some people don't know Search Engine Optimization and can't afford to have someone do it for them. Adsense can work, but can be expensive. Google has tools for words that are searched for. Find searches that are searched for a lot with little competition. They also have software that does this. Another trick with tools like Adsense, target misspellings. It's around $8 a click or more for "refinance" but probably under $1 a click for "refinace".

These are going to be mostly purchase leads so if you don't want or like that market these may not be for you. I love purchase leads because my wife is a Realtor and they make sense.

I have spoke with about 7-8 so far and have had decent success. I have two apps so far and one person knew she wouldn't qualify but she is going out with my wife tomorrow to look for a rental so not all bad.

Paul over at the company has been very easy to work with and communicates well. I had a couple of leads that were either disconnected or mobile homes and he had no problem replacing them.

I think that for the money they are quality leads. You are going to have your wood but you should also get a deal out of them. And for the price, one deal pays for a lot of these leads!!
