It's a legit question...if you generate your own - let us know - the landing page - meaning the site that prospects enter their info on...guys that generate leads themsleves have them - I have L.O.'s and brokers hitting my site daily looking for good dinternet leads and reasonable prices.

My job is to do the due diligence on lead companies to make sure the mortgage professionals that trust us to provide a buyers/sellers network are getting reputable providers who are on the up and up.

Since I play basketball your in luck.. We generate most of our leads.. check out www.conventionalmarketing.com/ad.. This one of our creatives we mail out to generate leads.. When this form gets filled out by the person and submits it, that form is sent directly to our email, then we format the leads into excel. Its a little more complicated then this, but I will just keep it basic. Our leads are genuine, and at wholesale prices! We have been generating leads since 2002 and in the biz since 1999, so I guess we arent on the up and up, but more like steady and honest..
