DO you have investors or clients who buy's or invest in commercial we finance multifamily retail new construction equipment we do 50%to 100% ltv
we do small commercial from 100,000 to 100 million 4units to 100 units small
industrial we do it credit scores no problem 550. to 700 intrest no higher then 12 no lower than 7% mortgage broker we referrals can earn 1to2 points
