That's way too much ($350.00 per file). Call me and I can give it to you for $175 per. Incoming Live Transfers with permission to pull their credit. 50% closing ratio.

These arent incoming call live transfer's or any type of lead buddy.. These arent meant for lead brokers, we dont even sell to lead brokers.. These are completely filled out 1003 apps, already a done deal.. No need for you to respond to my threads.

Relax buddy. Sounds like someone sounds a little insecure about their product, buddy. This is a forum and people will always try to out do you, buddy. The best thing to do is to just get to work and don't take things to personal, buddy. Join my mortgage marketing seminar and you might learn something from my current clients, buddy. So, how long have you been in business and do you have any referrals for your 1003 apps, buddy? Relax buddy.

I am relaxed...I dont need to join your marketing gimmic, doing just fine... You responded to my thread, so of course you will try to offer something, I know the game.. These are for Mortgage brokers..

Hey buddy,

Just because you started a thread doesn't necessarily mean you can control what you wish to read. Other lead providers will post comments (good or bad) regarding your topic. It's up to you to answer those challenging questions or comments (survival of the fittest). If you want to control your own forum or blog... then create a private forum for your product and service tailored specifically for your company only. i.e. Look at Secrets! forum, see lenderama's blog and my mortgage marketing seminar calls. We control these functions because we created it.

Don't get too personal or insulted when someone challenges you in these forums. I bet you I won't be the first one to post challenging questions on your threads.. it is what it is in any business. Someone will always try to tell you that they are better than you. All the LO's in here are competing against each other. We even have a few processing companies here that are starting to out do each other. Don't take it personal, it's just business.

Just want to get this out of the way b/c I can already anticipate some loan officers asking this question. Believe me, I've been in the lead industry for 4 years. Here are the 2 most popular questions that I've heard time-and-time again.

1. Can you send me a sample lead?
2. Do you have any referrals?

If I earned a nickel for everytime I heard this question... I would be a millionaire. Once again, don't take it personal I'm just filling-in the holes for you. Also, just incase the question does pop-up in this thread then the answer is here for them to see. LOL.
