Zach, I'm sure this will come up so might as well get the info right off the bat from you. How does this differ from voice broadcasting (basically what GoldCalling is)?

Best Response Pro is voice broadcasting but completely different than Gold Calling. Gold Calling uses VOIP (a cheaper service than a T1, but they still charge more than us) while we use multiple T1's. As far as the other differences it is hard to compare since the Gold Calling sales reps give you a different answer everytime when you ask basic questions (and maybe someone can give us a definitive answer):

Do you do 6 digit billing and 6 second minimums?

What is the exact phone rate?

Is it VOIP (SIP) or Tandem (TDM)?

How do the transfers take place, bridging? How fast is the Bridge from the time they press the key? Does it play music while the transfer takes place or a custom .wav file? Can you change the outbound Caller ID on the fly? Ours does.

this is completely different from voice broadcasting or voip. an autodialer is a computer driven telephone that dials for you on a mass level and plays a recording to the clients asking them to respond or transfers the live answers right to your lo's with the clients info on their computer screen. these are the same systems that i use and jake uses to generate leads for their business. a voip is an internet driven system powered by a software program and is much more volitle and has a lower sound quality. gold calling is just an over priced scam for uneducated people.

I don't want to get into a war here, but I can tell you I have an autodialer I spent $3000 on it, I used it sparingly because of How Expensive it was, you get charged for all your calls, phone company sent me a bill my first month $4000, I then switched to voice broadcasting where my bill isn't nearly as much, only 3.5 cents a minute and yes billed in 6 second increments and to be honest, I think the voice quality is the same either way, but the problem with autodialers I've found is that it takes so long to send out so many calls! I'm not trying to sell anyone here, just telling you my experiences! I still use voice broadcasting to this day!

The phone bill with our dialers is as low at $500 per month for the 16 liner. The phone bill for our largest dialer (96 lines) would run around $3500 a month running the dialer 6 hours a day 20 days a month.
