Total estimated value upon completion $5.500,000.
Loan request: $2,950,000
Down payment: $302,500 (Seller has received and acknowledged)
Will bring in whatever is needed to make the deal work
Present appraised value: $3,100,000 to $3,300,000 per appraisal dated May 11th 2007
Credit and assets strong
Resume shows history of resort development and management

Annual Gross Income: $2,661,465.
Net Income Before Mortgage/depreciation: $2,618,779.57
ADR : $121 @ 74%
