Down payment: $302,500 (Seller has received and acknowledged)
Will bring in whatever is needed to make the deal work
Present appraised value: $3,100,000 to $3,300,000 per appraisal dated May 11th 2007
Credit and assets strong
Resume shows history of resort development and management
