Its very rare to see someone so OVERJOYED at other peoples misery. Im not talking about the option arm kings and other predators who were loan officers, Im referring to the OTHER 95% of loan officers who were honest, and just trying to make a living. Some will survive, but there are too many people in the industry so others will be forced out. This guy gets his ROCKS off when people lose their jobs?
