I need to know what lenders ( Prime/SubPrime) can do 100% cashout refinance on a 677 mid score.

Full Doc
Missouri Property
SFR
Owner Occ.
DTI no more than 29%

File is ready to close it just needs to be placed

Gary, when did Wilmington pull out of NC? Last I knew (last month) they were here in NC. Shoot, they asked me to come aboard as an A/E this month!

I'm not trying to find fault, I am sincerely curious.
