Need wholesale lender for a 65% LTV doublewide on its own land. Borrower has a 531 mid score need to go 12 months bank statements. this is a cash out refi. 140000 loan amount. rate is not an issue.

Try Homecomings Financial. I did a manufactured home in New Mexico a couple years ago with a 560 score, 75% LTV.

Homecomings doesn't do them anymore. Neither does Oakstreet. Option does them but need at least 580 fico.

This manufactured is affixed to 1.25 acres in the Phoenix Metro area. It is surrounded by similar style manufactured homes.
