Who has best Fixed 2nd for 20-30k loan amount??
I have a perfect 740plus, full doc, 55ltv borr that needs a 20-30k fixed 2nd. Who has the best rates right now for them...Home Eq of Am is my best so far, paying 500.00 flat at 7.9%. Anything better???
