What's the smallest heloc you've seen?

I was curious about the amount and what type of rates for a 76% cltv heloc with 680+ fico?

Yeah, I use National City Home Equity for these usually, but this is actually on our property. Having a baby in July and want to do a few things to the room. We only wanted about $7,000. I'm going to check with a local bank, but any other feedback would be great. Thanks.

Find a direct lender. If they have a secondary market they can negotiate exceptions.

Try New Century Prime. Gold and Platinum 2nd. www.newcenturyprime.com
