Aggressive in what terms? More detail would help us answer your question more accurately.

Are you a lender?

I want to work for a lender the one that's does what everybody else doesn't:
1. The one that takes any mortgage, meaning clients with bad/no credit history, bancrapcy etc.
2. With very strong processing department.
3. Does not cheat

I had a very bad experience with the lender I worked for. What could you suggest? Thank you very much.

RedDave,

I agree. I'm sure this is every loan officers' dream.

Thanks,

Well I will give you my setup and let me know what you think.

I have my processor outside my office door. She is certified to underwrite and clear DU approved or level approvals.

Banker/Broker hybrid model. In-House Government, Sub-Prime, and Conforming.

10th in the nation with 2004 originations combined for RBC Mortgage and Home123.

And lastly we are the official mortgage company of NASCAR.

Now what other lender can say that.

Is this the type of post you were seeking? I am not sure I understand your motive so I must ask.

Are you seeking employment?

Does that structure interest you? I could try to help refer you to a NY branch. See if it is a good fit.

Definitely yes. What's the name of the bank? Does the bank works on wholesale side as well? Thanks.
