What does SISA or NINA mean?

saw this on the grapevine.

Im trying to get familiar with the mortgage lingo.

SISA = Stated Income Stated Assets?
NINA = No Income No Assets?

im going to compile a list of all these for any other agents who might be interested in learning the industry.
