What to bring to an Open House

As you can see Im a newbie and was wondering what do you take to an open house when you goto them. Also how many of you have recieved success off of this?

Usually you sit and just build your relationship with the realtor. Do not expect anything. Do not go into it with that mentality.

Can you pre-approve on the spot?

I take flyers that show payment options and personalize them to the agent and brokerage.

Then they normally want them for all their listings.

A pop for your realtor is a good way to start things off.
