This is what I use to introduce myself to the brokers and Loan officers is this what you are talking about? There is a logo on the top of my company.

Dear Broker/Loan Originator:

Please allow me to introduce myself; I am Jeff Nehme, your Account Executive for Quality Home Loans. We are your best choice in wholesale equity lending.

Here is some of what we can do to help you fund more loans:
• FICO’s below 580…even below 400.
• Truly STATED/STATED, NO INCOME OR EMPLOYMENT VERIFICATION.
• No CPA letter, 4506 or income documents to verify.
• Loan amounts up to $4,500,000.
• Non owner occupied; 2-4 units.
• No max cash out.
• Interest only on every loan.
• No seasoning on title.
• Active Bankruptcy, Foreclosure and Notice of Sale, all OKAY.

You will find that Quality Home Loans is dedicated to superior customer service and helping you fund more loans. Our programs have very low points and a wide profit margin so you can make more money. We fund loans that other sub-prime lenders turn down.

If there is a file floating around your office that you don’t know what to do with, please do not hesitate to call me. Let’s turn that hard file into easy money.

Once again, I appreciate the opportunity to earn your business and look forward to working with each and every person in your office. Thank you for your time.

Respectfully,

Jeff Nehme
Account Executive

The welcome letter should be designed by the loan orginator. Have it give a time frame of the events to take place, the name and telephone numbers, fax numbers and email addresses to the personnel that will be working on the file. In addition it should reference the intervals of when you and the rest of th staff will reach out to the borrower and give updates on the file.

It should take 5 mins to construct max.

Amanda,

Send me all the info needed to get set up with you guys ASAP if you could. My processor thinks she can chew alot right now and is starting to drop the ball big time!!! My fault for letting it go this long.

Oh yeah, you should set up a generic "welcome letter" in a mail merge format for your clients since too...

On the topic of this thread, If you want to shoot me a personal email, I will email you my current Introductory letter, however it is geared towards the introduction of my team!

Tim
