I am searching for a condotel lender for Myrtle Beach SC. I have a 360 unit project, new construction, that has 90% pre-sales, but the original end loan lenders are no longer lending on condotels. Price range from $500,000 to $2.5M. Towers will be complete in 90 days and units will need to get closed ASAP.
