Wanted ALF and Medical Office!!!

Hi Mortgagebrokerland!

If you are working with an ALF - assited living facility or Medical Office Building that might be interested in a sale or know of any properties that are available, please feel free to email me at skyeraphael@yahoo.com

We are working with a group that is not only interested in financing these properties but also wants to purchase properties.

On the ALF - they are looking for income producing properties with a minimum of 80 beds anywhere in the USA. As for the medical office buildings they are also looking for stabilized properties anywhere in the USA.
