Is your primary purpose here to "teach", "enlight", or just flat out "assume" you know all of what you speak?

Just like you and everybody else that posts on this discussion board, what you get are opinions -- the opinions of some members has more value than others, and carries more weight or less than some as well, you take from discussion boards whatever you feel should apply to you.

If you like, I'll google you and you google me, and we'll see who has more understanding of how this industry can/should/does work ...

Not interested in a pissing contest. Nor, am I looking forward to "googling" anyone. My comment was in direct response to your assumption that I, personally, would neglect my clients' best interest for a quick buck. You obviously missed the sarcasm in my options list. As previously stated, I'm not interested in getting into a pissing contest with you. I've read some of your posts, and conclude that you are of some substance. I'm just not appreciative of being placed in the same category as the fly by night LO's who are destroying my career that I despise. I believe Loan Officers should not be salesmen of any kind & the fact that we don't have set fees per loan across the nation is what gives the commission aspect a bad face.
