Usda Manufactured Loans
Does anyone know of a lender other than TBW that does Rural Housing loans on manufactured homes? My borrower has a 629 middle score, no payment shock, 47% dti, with compensating factors. Rural Housing has already said that they will guarantee this loan. I just need a lender who will do the loan.
Home is in NC.
