95% Investor Purchase, No Doc or SISA, 657 FICO, $139,000 Purchase Price

Please help. This borrower has to be closed by the end of the month, per her contract

I tried a number of the lenders on the list, and either they can't do the scenario or I received no response.

Try calling our Florida office. If you go to www.mortgagesimple.com, select licensed states and click on Florida the list of AE's will pop up. They should be able to help you.
