Two scores 701 and 518. Need 100 ltv

Does anyone know of any lenders that do business in Missouri that will do 100 ltv and they only have one satisfactory tradeline that's been reporting for 9 months? There two more tradelines also that were paid off 2 and 3 years ago.

i believe country wide came out with a new program that doesnt require any trades if the score is there and lenders direct as well too

Wells Fargo will do a manual underwrite w/o the 500 borrower and use non-traditional credit.
